Refund Policy - the basics

We offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for faulty goods as per the CGA. Change of mind returns may be accepted if products ordered have not left the warehouse or the printing process has not started. We do not offer refunds for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.
